Samara Group played a lead role in planning and coordinating all aspects of the four-day international conference, including scheduling, venue logistics, catering, online registration, email correspondence, and conference logo & program design. The conference, which was hosted in June 2019 at Portland State University, included over 50 sessions, 7 field trips, 7 workshops, and 3 evening social events. In total, the conference was attended by over 300 people from 7 countries and 34 U.S. states.
